Cancellation Policy
📄 GeeGoals Plan Policies At GeeGoals, transparency and integrity are at the heart of everything we do. Please review the following policies before engaging in one of our paid service plans: 💼 One-Time Fee Structure All upfront service plans (including the Capital Concierge and Strategic Banking Ally) are charged as one-time, flat-rate fees. These fees cover the full scope of services outlined in your selected plan. 🔁 Refund Policy Clients are eligible for a 100% refund within 48 hours after the initial consultation. No refunds will be issued after this period, as we begin allocating resources and time toward delivering your service immediately after consultation. 💰 Success Fee Terms For applicable plans, a success fee of 0.0025% , 0.01% and 0.025% depending on your plan will be charged on the approved amount of capital, not on disbursed or funded amounts. Approval must be documented by the lender. 🚫 No Guarantee of Funding GeeGoals does not guarantee approval, disbursement, or funding of any loan or financial product. We commit to delivering professional, strategic support to improve your eligibility and position, but all funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of third-party lenders or financial institutions. 📅 Engagement Timeline Strategic Banking Ally engagements are active for up to 8 months from the date of your initial consultation, unless otherwise stated in writing. Continued engagement beyond this period may require a renewal agreement. 🔒 Client Responsibility & Confidentiality We are committed to protecting your business information. Clients are responsible for providing accurate financial documents and information in a timely manner. All shared data is treated as confidential and will only be shared with approved financial institutions or vendors for the purpose of executing the services agreed upon.
